Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a 5-day return policy. A request for refund must be filed within 5 days of delivery. The product must be received within 15 days for full refund to be given. 

Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached.

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. 

We do not accept returns on sale items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To request a return or exchange authorization, email customercare@calliopeus.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.  

Items received after the 15-day period will be returned to sender.

For refunds, once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Time of refund may vary and is dependent on your financial institution.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post in your account.

For exchanges, please allow up to 48 hours for exchanges to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent with a code to be used to place your new exchange order.
